5. External services and links
Appointment links lead to Calendly’s external website. No Calendly script or iframe is loaded on efigenix.de. Links to DinersAI, the Voice Agent and other websites lead to separate services with their own privacy notices. Data is generally transferred only when you open the relevant external link.
6. Recipients and retention
Data is provided only to service providers and parties that need it for the purposes described above, such as hosting, IT or analytics providers. Where required, service providers are contractually bound as processors. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for its purpose, statutory obligations or legal claims.
7. Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
